I want the Brewfest Ram on an alt which isnt yet 40 so cant start the quest, but got almost the tickets to get the questitem.

Will i be able to start the quest and buy a ram after the event ended or do i need to powerlevel my alt to 40 before the event ends to get it?

P.S. Would like to see an official answer about that to be sure what todo.

When the event ends, the party goers will leave. So if you want that mount, yes, either power level or keep the tickets til next year.
