Blizzard's way of communicating ...

Q u o t e:
As expected Blizzard can lock and ban. However while saying the topic is okay, they still do not go into it.
Avoiding questions is what they are good at. In the meanwhile they add lines telling people not making two posts about it, or not making confrontational posts. But do they once get into the topic at hand? of course not. That would be communicating.

Blizzard's way of dealing with customers still sucks. And I guess that after three days I will get another ban one day, as I will not hide my - in the meanwhile - contempt for these community representatives that do not even try to get in touch with the community.

Anyways, you'll see no posts from this "spammer and troll" (reason for ban) for three days at least.

As the original poster cant post for some time I will post it for her.

Dare to comminucate now?

The purpose of suspending a user violating the guidelines from the forums is to deny the player access to the forums for a time. Allowing suspended users to communicate through other accounts is not appreciated.

Thank you for your understanding.
