Blizzard voice competition

On todays website of WOW, there is a competition announced where ONLY the follwing players from the following countries can participate:

UK
Ireland
France
Germany

The hundreds and thousands of LOYAL PAYING customers of ALL other European countries may NOT even participate.

What kind of fools in France did take THAT stupid decision ?????
