Blizzard doesn't care about customers
by Epicfaildude | 24/06/2010 11:08:24![]() They once said that the customer satisfaction is the most important thing to them. Yeah well, I think when they said customer satisfaction, they meant in a way that the customers keep emptying their pockets. Everyday I hear about scams and hacks and names which should be changed and insulting among players, etc - and Blizzard does not do as much as warn the players or ban them. And now that I think about it, I guess they do not want to, because if they were to ban at least half of the rule breakers of WOW, they would be left with 30% of the players. In my opinion, the IP adress which hacked another player's account should be banned, but no, they not only don't do anything, but they do not even let us know their IP adress, so the hackers and gold sellers continue roaming free. Good job Blizzard! You lost another one! And you better think about your actions or in the end you will not even have enough money to pay your limo gas [ Post edited by Epicfaildude ] |

Without you guys, there is no World of Warcraft, so it would be foolish for us to think any differently. In-game scams are dealt with by our Game Master teams, there is no doubt about that. http://www.wow-europe.com/en/policy/scam.html 29/04 Revised Scam Policy: “Ninja Looting” Account compromises are something we also take very seriously. We not only do all we can to restore account access to the account owner when it has left their control, but we also do all we can to restore all that was lost during said compromise. http://www.wow-europe.com/en/support/ca-article.html http://www.wow-europe.com/en/support/hacks.html ►► Account Hacked/Stolen? If you do not report these players then what can we do? http://www.wow-europe.com/en/policy/namingp1.html http://www.wow-europe.com/en/policy/harassmentp1.html 09/06 Policy Spotlight - Harassment We'd love to be able to see and hear all, but in a game like World of Warcraft it simply isn't possible. I feel you're shooting in the dark here. We release no information about the actions we take in such incidents, but you're right about one thing, we will never release an IP address to the player base. It would actually be breaking the law. We respect the law. "When everything is said and done, so looking for answers if only one, turn my back the urge has gone, left with no reason we come undone" Community Team - English |

This is a legendary piece of folk lore. It's not true in any way. :) Trust that we are taking actions. We're obliged to. If we say we will take action on these cases, we will. We really really will.
