Billing Support non-existant? PCT down?
by Rehamuhtar | 05/12/2008 11:53:22![]() The PCT has been giving me payment errors now for the past 2days and blocked my card twice. There is enough funds in my account to fund the transfer as well as the information being entered correctly. I have used the same card previously with no errors and it worked perfectly fine. OK, fine, I decided to call the Billing team. I get a message telling me they are experiancing issues with the WoW service and to call back later. Is there anyway I can get in contact with anybody regarding why my creditcard is being declined? I don't see how the Billing team is affected by a service issue which prevents them from providing customer support along with resolving billing issues.
