Billing Support changes?

Hey guys, i got 3 issues and i couldnt fine any place to write it, so i found this forum.
The first one:
Im trying to migrate my Hunter, but when i do it i do not recieve any mails, i can actually just go right to the second payment and i can migrate? Is that a new positive world of war craft change that migrations aren ow instant or is that now a horrible bug?

The Second one:
Changing Payment, when im trying to change payment - i dont want to play for a while, then tell WHY DO YOU WANT TO QUIT WORLD OF WARCRAFT - W T F ?

The Last one:
Billing Support on telephone(Denmark) is down, man i hope i can find some heroes here then!
