by Xemafir | 24/04/2008 22:33:36![]() Hello Huntlord, The kind of behavior you describe is indeed something we consider scamming, and it can be reported to a Game Master in-game. We can then investigate both the incident as well as any potential losses it may have led to. Make sure to include the name of the "scammer", who they spoke to, as well as the time and date of the incident. I'm glad you were fast enough; it is always a good idea to only invite "alts" into the guild if the "main" character can provide the name beforehand. I have also found the command /ginfo to be helpful. This command displays not only the number of characters but also of accounts currently in the guild, and if used right before and right after a new character joins it can be a good indication of whether this really is a familiar face or not. |
