Dear technicians and supporters,
My Blizzard Background Downloader doesn't seem to want to download anything, somehow. Since I rarely have had any connection problems, I selected the options to download during gameplay and to download after gameplay (these options are in the launcher somewhere). Neither does it download during gameplay or after.
Is this a known or a common problem? The technical support site doesn't give a word about it and neither did I find anything on this forum. What shall I do about it?

What happens if you manually run the BackgroundDownloader file, located in the folder where the game is installed?
