Authenication key problem
by Brógan | 30/03/2008 21:19:44 Hello Im just wondering can I not use the authenication key from the wow box set I bought a two years ago on my trial account? now I know it was used on my old account but i forgot about renewing it and well is it anyway possible to use it on my trial account and if not can I get the character on my trial account transfered over to my old account thanks in advanced. p.s I tried emailing this query but It wouldn't allow me too. |
by Issuntril | 31/03/2008 09:26:12 Hi Brógan, WoW authentication keys are one-use only I'm afraid, and if you want to upgrade your new trial account then you will need to purchase a new copy of the game. Alternatively, you could renew your old account and play the game from there - if you have lost any of the details pertaining to the account then you can contact our account administration department for assistance.
