The Armory was updated earlier this week to add some of the features for 3.02. While that was happening, the profile updates were turned off.

When they were re-enabled, there was a huge amount of updates to be processed by the Armory server, and like many things here at Blizzard, they're handled in a queue system.

Alright, it seems that the problem should be resolved.

Profiles should update within 3-4 hours of logging out of the game (it may take longer than usual simply because there are lots of updates to process).

Thanks for the updates guys, I'm going to do some more digging to find out what's going on here.

You could try reading all the blue posts in this thread to obtain some 'proper info'.

It seems that the profiles were disabled yesterday for some background maintenance.

After maintenance today, they should be enabled again, but you will once again need to log in and out of the game to force the update.


If, after maintenance, and logging in and out again, your Armory profile doesn't update after 3 hours, please post here.

Please do not post any more errors, unless you've taken those steps since maintenance today.

Basically it seems that the realms disabled profile updates last maintenance. Which is why you see most profiles stuck at 28/10.

We fixed this on Monday, but then the profiles were disabled again yesterday, which meant that most people didn't have time to log in and out while the window was open.

So in essence, I think only one person has posted here to say - hey my gear updated! - and everyone else is still stuck on 28/10.

I'm hoping that after today's maintenance everything is fine again.

As previously stated, please log in and out after today's maintenance, and then wait 3 hours.

Until you've done that, you will not see any improvement to the Armory's data.


If you have already done that and you still are not seeing any improvements, then post.

To the best of my knowledge the guild bank contents and log are not being updated correctly at this time. If I were you I'd rely on the in-game information.

You may see some improvement after the the guildleader has also had their armory profile updated... but I'm not sure to what extent this would help.

Dragonstrm has had new enchants and peiece of feet armor but has not updated
Dragonflight has got enchanting profession of 80+ but it is at 1 in the armory

It would be great to have these updated as the armory is a great way to keep looking for upgrades.

I do tend to delete things if its clear people are not reading what I write :)

Have you logged into, and out of, the game on that character since maintenance, and has it been more than three hours since you did so?

Anichtar, next time you log out, remove a piece of equipment and then type ./camp. Wait for character screen.

If that doesn't force an update within 3 hours, please let me know. 15/10 is a bit scary.

Tested this with one of my characters, and with a colleagues - both updated within a few minutes.

Items can take a few days to be added to the database, as they must first be discovered by players, then updates.

We actually fixed the profiles for your realm about 30 minutes ago and the next time you log out, your profile should update.
