Arena Team Charter, cannot hand in?

My friend cannot hand in the Arena Team Charter, it is a 2on2 charter that me and him has signed. He can design the tabard and press Complete and then nothing happens he still has the letter in his bag.

Anyone else having this problem or are we doing something wrong?

Indeed, just like a guild charter an arena charter must be in your main backpack in order to create an arena team.

Just thought I'd blue tag this in case someone else encounters the same problem :)
