Today i was reading the posts on PVP FORUMS,

I saw a subject ; " THE PVP CLASS FOR BEGINNER",

There were comments and critics about this subject as always which can possibly out of the rules of this forum,

But one BLUE POST as given answer to one of these, was terribly out of professionalism, service quality and even ethics,

Since it is not only a warning but a treat like structure and can not accepted as a service act by the customers of Blizzard Corporation.


If there is an act of violation about forum rules, the reaction must be different in some ways ;

1-) Must be in private by not embarrassing and treating the customer in public way ( since the corporation have all access information of customer ).

2-) Must be in manner and style remembering the person answered is not "child" on primary school but a CUSTOMER of Blizzard Corporation.

3-) And if a serious violation exists , the rules and policy of these forums r clearly expressed to users, so instead of public reply, the penalty restrictions must be made with also informing the customer in PRIVATE way.


I am very sorry to saw this kind of reply, since many serious posts made about broken/absent part of the game in different aspects ( and still unanswered ).


I do not make a quote, give a name. This post is a critic about service quality and policy. I express these on this platform cause it is addressed for critics and suggestions.



As result i demand a PUBLIC answer to this post from responsible Gm about ( with a concern to share this with other customers );

If, the Gm in named example is right in act, so my critics are out of Blizz. Corp. service policy and the reaction will repeat in same way in future in situations like this.

or If, the Gm is wrong ( not in reason but as manner and style ) so necessary corrections will be made.
