Am I right or am I wrong?
by Zhadowknight | 27/04/2007 02:53:13![]() I recently tried to change my character name, not by just asking (because that will never work) but instead I seached into the rules and I found out that my name was infact not allowed.
thought they only give examples of prefix titles attacked to a character (Privatemike, Centurionsanchez, Knightpopatoe) it also says suffix is in violation so it should aso say (Mikeprivate, Sanchezcenturion, Popatoeknight). But they don't agree with me. Infront of the conversation there was the normal" hello <player> do you have some minutes to discust you problems regarding your bla bla" and about that he read my previous convesation with a GM that day (the previous gm said that suffix was allowed, and only prefix titels were in violation) At the end he said <random goodbye macro> http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k31/erwin667/GMKEK.jpg (2 yellow stripes is were I misunderstood the Gm but I corrected myself) The things im a little mad about are: -He didn't answer my questions, he just kept talking about his and all other Gm's vision on my name, probably because they know im right but just don't want to admit it and change my character name. -There personal view on someone's name is more important than the players view and the rules. I know its only a name but what do you think about the situation? (hiding behind lvl 1 alts is allowed here).
