Below are listed addons that weren't but are w o r k i n g now and addons that are still having problems with updated versions.
Go to wowace or curse and download the last releases.
Thanks to the authors that did a good and swift job on releasing the working versions.

Addons not working at all or not working fully:
1. ItemRack (Updated version working)
2. Ag UnitFrames (Updated version working)
3. ArkInventory (Updated version working)
4. XLoot (Updated version working)
5. Titan Panel (Updated version working)
6. Sabella (Updated version not working)
7. Venantes(Updated version not working)
8. Totemus (Updated version not working)
9. Fluffy quest tracker (Updated version not working)
10. fastquest classic (Updated version not working)
11. metamap (Updated version not working)
12. Auction (Updated version not working)
13. FuBar_HonorFu (Had problems with link, the link is working at files.wowace.com properly now)
14. Monkey Quest(Updated version working)

Macros: The parameters must now be written in LOWER CASE (not caps :P) . For example: /cast [Modifier:alt]Divine Shield must now be /cast [modifier:alt]Divine Shield. Inside the brackets the parameters be written in lower case.

Note: If you don't have updated the rest of your addons, you must expect errors from updated versions of other addons, especially the ones listed above.

PS: Make sure you have updated your addons before posting, since most authors have by now released working versions of their addon.

ArkInv seems to work fine for me. I kept getting an xml error on item ouseover(only in the bags) and thought it was AI, but it wasn't. Disabled all other mods and then it works fine. And I'm too lazy to troubleshoot which AddOn is causing it ;)

Disabling PitBull fixes it? There's your solution then. Wait for PitBull to be updated :)

Troubleshot anyway...
When I enable Bayi's extended questlog, items in my bags don't show tooltips any more.
