Acount Hacket

For 3 weeks 4 days my main acount got hack, i call the acount and billing support who told me to write a webform on http://www.wow-europe.com/support/securitywebform/securitywebform.html

and know high respons time on this issus, but not understand why i not has recieve any mail yet about this issus.

Before u ask panda, yes i did field all the req info

Hi Artemisthep,

We do not send out confirmation Emails to players when we receive a web form. If like you have said you have submitted all of the requested information in your web form then rest assured a response will be forthcoming. Unfortunately there is nothing that the Game Master department can do to speed up the investigation process, and all you can do in the meantime is keep an eye on your registered Email address for our reply.
