Accounts department

I have another account which i pay for with my main character on it, and my email address (hotmail) was recently hacked so i reported this to blizzard asking them to change it for me. then banned my account until it was all sorted via mail (which lets be honest.. isnt very fast with the responces)

I was still able to log in on wow-eu on that account whilst it was locked and i was still able to see my character on armory... NOW i cant see her nor my alts.. and i cant log in.. i was also whispered from my own char 'im deleting this account' or something to those effects yesterday, which is worrying considering it was supposedly locked.

I have emails pending with blizzard (awaiting replies please) and i have also spoken to at least 6 GM's plus i even rang via telephone.

No rule breaking has occured on my character and all i asked for was my email address to be changed without the old one being notified.. this is now one big mess and im beginning to get a little anxious.

I would really appreciate some feedback on this matter from anyone that feels they can help considering no one via phone or ingame can and the mail system would maybe go quicker if done by carrier pigeon

(no offence is caused by this i just really want some help)

Hello Kusuko,

I'm sorry but in the Technical Support department we have no control over your accounts. If you have contacted the Account Review department then the only thing I can suggest is that you wait for a response. They should be able to resolve this issue for you.
