Account Issues - Advice

Good afternoon

I feel to be running out of options so I though I would post here and see what advice you could offer me.

I have just come back from some extended time away from World of Warcraft. My account did not appear to work when i logged in so I used the webform to fill in all the details. (This was sorted quickly - happy with this)

However my main player is no longer on the same server that it was. I have been asked to create a in-game ticket, the helpful GM said i need to contact billing and accounts, I rang billing and accounts who said i need to speak with the in-game team.

I now just appear to be going around in circles :(

Can you offer and advice on this? What should i do next before I just call quits and not return to World of Warcraft

I'm afraid I cannot comment on our investigations or restrictions for paid character transfer rollbacks - firstly because divulging such information would leave us open to exploitation, and secondly because such investigations and decisions are made 100% by our account administration team - I do not actually know how these cases are investigated! :)

If a PCT rollback has been denied, the reason will be that we were unable to verify that the transfer was not completed by the account holder. As i have said in previous threads, the decision to assist (or not to assist) lies solely with our account administrators, and any ruling that they make is final.

As I have already said, I am not privy to the details of these investigations, and this is information which I am unable to pass onto the community if I was.
