by Issuntril | 25/10/2007 13:19:26![]() I'm afraid I cannot comment on our investigations or restrictions for paid character transfer rollbacks - firstly because divulging such information would leave us open to exploitation, and secondly because such investigations and decisions are made 100% by our account administration team - I do not actually know how these cases are investigated! :) If a PCT rollback has been denied, the reason will be that we were unable to verify that the transfer was not completed by the account holder. As i have said in previous threads, the decision to assist (or not to assist) lies solely with our account administrators, and any ruling that they make is final. Issuntril |
