Further information about the response times from the Administrators can be seen in the stick aptly named at the top of the Customer Support Forums, linked here for convenience: Compromised Accounts - Response Time We're aware that the average time is creeping up, and when more information is known about that, the above sticky thread will be updated to reflect that. If you have contacted the Accounts Administrators via the web form, and it was sent successfully with no errors, and you still have access to the e-mail address you supplied, then you simply need to await further contact.
