Account hacked and locked

The following is posted by me on behalf of a friend whos account got hacked and locked so he can't post himself.

Hello,

Almost 2 weeks ago my Account was hacked and I lost all my items on 2 of my Characters. Retrieved a new password with my secret question and did a ticket to an GM.
I explained my situation for him and he asked me some standard questions, everything was ok.
So he said that he had to temporarily suspended my account for further investigation and I got an email to my mail confirming that, and it said

Account Name: "Account Name"
Type of Violation: Suspected Compromised Account
Details of Incident: Account Security Compromised
Consequences for Account: Account Suspended until Account reviewed as secure.

Since then I have reinstalled my computer and made it safe, with better antivirus, Adaware and Spybot SD.
But yesterday when I read thrue it again, looking for answers I found:

Our Account Administration team will evaluate the risk to your account.
We will either ask you to provide further details or if it appears your account is relatively secure,
will unlock your account and reset your password to your registered email address.

AND

If you have any further enquiries regarding your account status, please use the webform at the following address
I told the GM everything so I don't have more questions regarding this.

I have read some similer posts here on the site, where they get redirected to http://www.wow-europe.com/support/securitywebform/securitywebform.html

when they have been hacked, but didn't the GM get all the information he needed at the time, and I haven't got any emails saying that more information is needed?

I just dont want to wait another 2 weeks to get it fixed, because I have already
waited 2 weeks without anyone telling me to do anything else. I have just followed the mail instructions.

I just want to get back in the game again and get all my stuff back as I told the GM. So I had to borrow a friends Account, so I could access the forum because mine is locked, to get som answers.

So my question is what shall I do? shall I wait until WoW send a new mail or what? And what is my status of the account. Have they started to look at it yet?

Affected Characters:

Name: Willbur and Mixion
Server: Bladefist

I havent had any problems with WoW at all since I started playing so please do not make this a problem for a paying customer.
So can I please have some wonderfull help from the Blue Guys.

Hi Ganko,

If your friend has submitted a web form to our account administration department, then I'm afraid there is no further assistance the Game Master team can offer him until we have returned his account to him. Please be aware that the current response time for queries to our account administration department is longer than usual, and players with account problems can currently expect to wait in around of two weeks for a response.
