A very displeased Customer

You've completely misinformed your customers, kept us in the dark, given us bogus and contradictory information and just generally mocked us. This is quite frankly UNACCEPTABLE. Direct me to where I can get a refund please, as this is not the quality of service I expect from a multi-billion pound company. "Misinformed" is stretching it, indeed. The opening date of the realms was not stated, and thus it was easy to assume that they would open with the sign-up, not with the qualifier. This has been clarified in earlier posts on this forum. If you will point us to the bogus and contradictory information, or the mockery, we'll have a look at that for sure.
