3rd time lucky - Realm first 85 on transfer
by Dragonkimber | 21/11/2010 22:10:49![]() Goooooooood evening sir! I am writing to you today to ask if I transfered within the next two weeks, would I be able to claim a Realm First! 85 achievement on my new realm, or will this 60 day rule not allow that. I simply ask because the raid feats of strength are now guild locked, so it stands to reason that, given the only player feats in the game are the Realm First 85 ones, that this rule would not apply. As we're now only days away from Cataclysm, a definate yes or no would be perfect. More specifically: If the answer is yes I would be eligible, I transfer and do not get said achievement, could I come back here and/or make a GM ticket and be awarded said achievement? Much love, The Dragon that is Kimber. --- Update as per green post: --- "Wait and see" really isn't a fair reply, if I'm honest. Don't get me wrong, I've been on this server for roughly 6/7 months now, but I'm wanting to transfer to the realm from whence I came, and I'd prefer to do it sooner, as opposed to later (plus, it means I can level with friends and still be able to pull off Realm Firsts). If I transfered tomorrow, Cata released, I achieved Realm First but didn't get it, and wasn't awarded it purely because I assumed that given nobody has said "no", I would be pretty annoyed to be honest. I'd rather not have to stay here purely because nobody will give a definate answer on this. Even a simple "if you transfer, you won't get it" or, similar to the FCM thread, "if you transfer and don't get it, ticket and it will be awarded". I don't see why this should be brushed to one side - It's a one-time only thing, that literally can not be abused as it's not like you can transfer 25 people over and streamroll the content. You have to level to 85, and it doesn't matter what server you're on to do that. --- Update again --- http://forums.wow-europe.com/thread.html?topicId=147132718 ^ If it was passed on 2 months 4 days ago, how can no information still be available? Surely it can't take 70 days to get a reply from the developers about this? It's a yes/no answer. [ Post edited by Dragonkimber ] |
by Natryndon | 23/11/2010 15:51:07![]() I was hoping to green light a more definitive response on this by tomorrow Dragonkimber, but it doesn’t look like it is going to happen. Therefore the only answer I can officially quote in blue text is the one currently in our support articles;
Sorry. =( CS Forum Representative New Customer Support forum can be found here; http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/975485/ |
