26/10 Service Interruption
by Vaneras | 26/10/2007 10:49:19 Due to a water hazard and subsequent loss of electricity at our European support site, we are experiencing delays to the provision of support to our European players. Our Technical and Billing Support teams cannot be contacted by phone, and will be unable to respond to email and webform queries until the problem is resolved. Our In-Game Support team is receiving assistance from other Blizzard offices but their responses to in-game tickets will be delayed. It would assist our international teams if players could submit their tickets in English. We hope to have these issues resolved as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available. |
