21/11 Shaman changes coming in 2.3.2

The following changes are planned for Shaman in the next patch, 2.3.2, which we hope will go up on the PTR quite soon:

Earth Shield (Restoration) and Lightning Shield have had their mana cost substantially reduced.

Water Shield now restores mana periodically regardless of how many charges remain. Duration increased to 10 minutes. (This will result in the same exact amount of mana restored as in the current 2.3 version of the ability)
