17/12 Pre-mades Issue

It is currently not possible to use the pre-made character copy service. This issue is not affecting the normal character copy services, meaning that you are still able to make a copy of your own character and have access to the Test Realms using that character.

We are currently working on a solution to this issue; however there is currently no ETA available.

We will keep you updated as soon as more information becomes available.

Pre-made character copy service should now be available.
