17/06 Realm Display Issues Updated
by Gamemaster | 17/06/2007 19:17:54![]() Update: We have just ran a fix on this issue, if you log completely out of World of Warcraft and back in, you should see your realm as normal. Please reply immediately if you are still unable to see your realm. As you can see from the Realm Status Forum and current breaking news we are currently experiencing some issues which is causing some realms not to be displayed on a players realm selection screen. Our technical support team are currently looking into this. Firstly: - Log completely out of World of Warcraft - Click the Start button and select the Run option from the menu - Type in cmd in the command text box then press Enter. - Type ipconfig /flushdns then press Enter This should allow you to login normally to all realms. If this has not resolved your issue please continue to read below: Thank you to everyone who has responded to the previous post and thank you for your continued patience on this matter. We ask a further request in troubleshooting this issue for those who are still unable to access some of the realms. - Click the Start button and select the Run option from the menu - Type in cmd in the command text box then press Enter. - Type nslookup eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com > c:\nslookup.txt then press Enter A file will be created on your local drive (C:\) called nslookup.txt which will contain the required information, please copy and paste the contents of this file into this post. Along with the name of your current ISP. [ Post edited by Gamemaster ] |
