As you can see from the Realm Status Forum and current breaking news we are currently experiencing some issues which is causing some realms not to be displayed on a players realm selection screen. Our technical support team are currently looking into this.

Firstly:
- Log completely out of World of Warcraft
- Click the Start button and select the Run option from the menu
- Type in cmd in the command text box then press Enter.
- Type ipconfig /flushdns then press Enter

When you log back into World of Warcraft you should be able to see all realms, if you are unable to do so we ask that to help with our troubleshooting players reply to this thread, including the following details:

1) Which realm(s) you are unable to see
2) Your country of Origin, and your ISP
3) A Traceroute of your connection (Instructions below)

How to Run a Trace Route
- Click the Start button and select the Run option from the menu
- Type in cmd in the command text box then press Enter.

Now we need some information on your connection, in the same command window, type in:
tracert 80.239.179.124 > C:\tracert1.txt

Once this has completed, repeat the same:
tracert 80.239.179.91 > C:\tracert2.txt

A file will be created on your local drive (C:\) called tracert1.txt and tracert2.txt which will contain the trace route information, this may take sometime so do not close down the window once the trace is complete the dos prompt with appear again..

Please copy and paste the contents of both files into this post along with the information that we requested.

most people in my guild are experiencing the same problems, people from all over europe, with many isp's. surely these details are not going to sort the problem out, its obviouly some bugg at your (blizzards) end.
