1-6k latency all day

Hi,
Ive been having very high latency all day.
from about 1k, to now 6k.
And its continious, I can't do anything.


Edit: I also get disconnected when finishing the loading screen after choosing my character.
It entered after the 3rd try.

Could you please try the steps given here, Fijacee ?:
High Latency on some realms.
