Free Character Migration (FCM)
The below FCM is available until January 19th 2010. All migrations are faction restricted to improve ratios on involved realms, thus your faction is currently the less populated one on the destination realm.

Both:
From: Argent Dawn
To: Moonglade, The Sha'tar and Steamwheedle Cartel

From: Al'akir, Ravencrest, Stormscale and Sylvanas
To: Auchindoun, Karazhan and Shattered Halls

Alliance only:
From: Nagrand
To: Chamber of Aspects

Horde only:
From: Draenor
To: Eonar and Khadgar

Please note: FCM is opened based on realm population tracking and analysis, not by request. If you're looking for a specific migration (from realm A to realm B), you are in most cases better off using Paid Character Transfer, or you could end up waiting for a very long time.

The original post has been corrected. This week those realms have not been and will not be recommended for new players, it was an error in the original posting.

The FCM is open the entire day of the listed day - so in this case until 23:59 (Paris time) on the 19th.

It's usually open some hours into the next day too, but don't gamble on that. ;-)
