The other keyword in the sentence is "hope". Unfortunately it is a lengthy process with many restrictions and considerations, as all the options have effects beyond the Ruin Battlegroup. Most options for addressing the concerns also exclude other opportunities for the future both for Ruin and for other projects, hence this requires very thorough analysis which unfortunately takes longer than hoped for.

We are still working on it, however. Ruin is definitely not forgotten, and we still hope a solution can be fond shortly. But while "shortly" indicates a small amount of time "hope" indicates uncertainty, and at this time we can't promise anything but continuing to work on the matter.
