We are aware of login issues which appear to be affecting a great number of our player base. This is a top priority for us to get resolved, and is therefore being actively investigated by our technical teams.

Meanwhile, please keep the discussion constructive and in this thread where we can easily keep an eye on it. We will keep you updated here as well.

We don't have an estimate for a resolution yet. We will post here as soon as we know more.

Potential need for compensation is always discussed by the powers that be after an issue is fully resolved.

Current update, is that we are still working on the issue, I have no ETA.

There was a period when logins were possible, but the problem has now returned. We continue to investigate.

I can confirm that the fix we have put in place seems to be holding up, and logins are once more pouring in. :) Keep in mind that the login server may be a bit busy at the moment due to the sheer number of players attempting to get in at the same time, but this should ease up momentarily.
