- Internet Service Provider: Teletu/Tele2
- How fast is your internet connection?: 7 mb
- The in game latency bar reading: from 1000 to 5000
- Modem model: D-link dls-2640B
- Network card model if one is used: Controller Gigabit Ethernet PCI-E Marvell Yukon 88E8056
- Router model (if used):D-link dls-2640B
- Firewall Software (if used): no one
- Do you share your connection?: no
- Connection used, (USB, Ethernet or Wifi): ethernet
- Could you please try to create characters on Karazhan, Kor'gall and Spinebreaker to test if the latency persists on these realms?: sure
- Your characters location on the realm (which zone you are in):in every zones
- Name of the instance (in the case that you are in an instance):everywhere
- What exactly happens? (Make sure to describe this as well as you can): too much latency to play...impossible!!!!

Hello,

Your trace route report is fine. As your computer is connecting through a Marvell Ethernet adapter, I'd recommend you to disable any Checksum Offload / Hardware Checksumming features through the Device Manager interface:

Please bear in mind that Windows Vista / Windows 7 would list the aforementioned features as IPv4 TCP/UDP Offload entries, please disable them all and test the game.
