My good colleague Tseric has posted the following information about the recent Hotfix regarding threat generation:

Warrior's threat isn't as dependent on damage as Druid threat is. That is why the change was made, to adjust overall levels of threat and keep bear tanks working in such a case as bleed-immune mobs. A warrior has plenty of other options facing bleed-immune mobs. If we gave everyone a work-around for bleed-immunity, why bother keeping it in game?
