Now that the armoury is live and we’ve already received some feedback (both positive and negative) we want to ask you for more specific feedback.

Disclaimer: We can’t promise to change anything (right away), nonetheless we would very much like to hear your opinion(s).

We would like everyone to provide us specific feedback on what they like and what they don’t like and please include very specifically why.

We will then look at all the players’ feedback and take it from there.

There have been several people that have now said that they are unable to look at their own guilds on the Armoury. Please keep in mind the Armoury is still in beta and there are still some glitches being worked out. Reporting these issues will help the web team continue to iron them out so that everyone can get the most out of the Armoury. Looking up individual players for those guilds seems to still work.

We are not offering an opt out option for anyone at this point in time and may be adding more features to the Armoury in the near future of which some if it may have an option to opt out. However, opting out of the entire thing is not something we feel would benefit the intent of the Armoury and instead would hinder its usefulness for those that enjoy using it.

In terms of displaying currency for example, we won’t be allowing players to see any form of currency (gold, arena points, honour points) on the Armoury.

Further, if we ever add a feature which could be seen as questionable, players wouldn’t be forced to participate. An example of this would be displaying what players have in their bags. If we ever add this functionality, we would allow players to log in and select a bag they want to make public rather than forcing all players to show their bags.
